Prompt
Everything starts with text. A description, a script, a story concept. No camera rig. No editing skills. You only need to be able to say what you want.
P2P AI Lab is a business technology academy for professional creators, agency owners, consultants and indie founders. YunLei guides you through a Prompt to Pixel production system you can save, improve, and test in content and client-project contexts. Results depend on your work, market, and execution.
P2P is not just an abbreviation. It is the full production chain of AI video — and the spine of this curriculum.
Everything starts with text. A description, a script, a story concept. No camera rig. No editing skills. You only need to be able to say what you want.
Build reusable visual asset sets so the same character and brand style can carry across multiple content scenarios.
The public outline describes the outcome; internal connections between tools remain inside the course material.
Practice turning visual assets into motion, applying a consistent brand layer, and preparing voice-over content through a repeatable production process.
The final output lands on IG Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Every pixel is the result of a repeatable production practice. The weekly plan helps you test a sustainable publishing pace; output still depends on scope, tools, and execution.
You are not watching tutorials. You are learning how to run an AI video production line you can turn into a business.

Three learning supports: practical feedback, project files, and a path to test commercial applications.
Every module includes a hands-on assignment and feedback from YunLei and community peers, so you can identify a concrete next step.
The learning goal is to build a runnable practice workflow, edit a publishable video, and create an asset you can keep improving. Learning and revenue outcomes depend on your effort, work quality, market, and execution.
What you learn is not demo-ware. Every workflow, every code sample, every skill in this curriculum comes straight from the same tools YunLei uses every day to serve paying clients.
The curriculum applies system-design lessons from real projects, but it does not include private client methods for LINE, ERP, data mapping, or exception handling.
Module 10 delivers the exact SOPs: a client pricing sheet, a proposal deck template, a discovery call script, a delivery & acceptance workflow.
The community plans practical discussion and student portfolio spaces for peer learning. These resources do not guarantee leads, closed deals, or revenue.
If you have thought about quitting content because the toolchain feels broken — P2P AI Lab is built for you.
Not a course stitched from public blog posts — the actual video production line behind vjvan.com and my consulting work.
I spent six months integrating Claude Code, Weavy.ai, fal.ai, Veo 3.1 and Remotion into a single automated pipeline. Raw prompt goes in. A publishable short video comes out.
Now I am opening the entire pipeline to you inside P2P AI Lab. Not theory — real code, real workflows, real published output.
Not completion badges — actual assets you can use tomorrow.
Modules ship progressively. Founding Members get every new module the moment it lands.
Four real case studies — not demos, not theory.
Premium — for people turning AI video into a business asset.
Annual option: US$490 / year (10 months equivalent; price retained while continuously subscribed). Skool processes all payments in USD via Stripe; your bank handles the local conversion automatically.
Evaluate the membership alongside your own project income, learning time, and tool costs. The course provides technical and commercial practice; it does not guarantee payback, client work, or revenue.

You can start without a programming background. Module 0 covers the basic setup and uses Claude Code to help you understand and adapt examples. You will still need to follow the instructions, troubleshoot environment differences, and complete the exercises.
fal.ai usage (typically US$5–$20/mo), a Claude subscription, Weavy.ai, Notion free tier, ffmpeg (free), Remotion free tier. P2P AI Lab membership is separate from tool subscriptions.
No. Content is planned to release progressively, at roughly 1–2 new episodes per week, plus live Q&A. The course will be updated as tools and real project experience evolve, but interfaces can still change between updates.
CapCut solves single-video editing. P2P AI Lab solves the entire production pipeline. One video per week? CapCut is probably enough. Three to five without being bottlenecked? This pipeline is for you.
Yes. Demos use macOS, but Claude Code, ffmpeg and Python all run on Windows via WSL. You may need to handle small environment differences yourself.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Send refund requests to vjvan.n@gmail.com; VJVAN reviews them case by case based on actual use. Approved refunds are processed by the admin through Skool to the original payment method. After cancellation, access continues until the current billing period ends. Module 0 (three units) is planned as a free preview and will be sent to waitlist members when ready.
As long as you remain subscribed, US$49 / month or US$490 / year stays valid. If you cancel and re-join later, you'll pay the standard price (US$99 / month or US$990 / year) at that time — the Founding seat is not reserved. This is Skool's grandfather pricing mechanism; it's not something I can override.
Yes. Bonus modules are updated as tools and real-world cases evolve. Founding Members can access new content while their subscription remains active; access ends after the current billing period when they cancel.

Absolutely. P2P AI Lab is bilingual by design — English + Mandarin discussion channels and dual-language content. Pricing is USD-based for easy international checkout.
Module 10 provides a pricing template, proposal deck, discovery call script, and delivery workflow, while the community plans practical discussion and portfolio spaces. These resources help you prepare and test a client-work process; leads, closed deals, and revenue still depend on your work, market, and execution.
Yes, encouraged. Every workflow, code sample and prompt system can be used in your own client work — no additional licensing fee. The only restriction: you cannot resell or publicly share the course content itself (videos, documents, community discussions).
Three differences. Delivery model: personal + peer assignment review, not passive consumption. Technology content: a structured production system based on real project experience, not surface-level overviews. Business support: Module 10 + community helps you test how the skill could support client work. US$99 bundles technical instruction, guided delivery, and a community focused on commercial application; it does not guarantee revenue.
Only 100 Founding seats. Join the waitlist — you’ll be first in line on launch day.
